Ok, let's be up front about this, the climate change posse have failed to achieve all their goals under global warming and while being a bit vexed about it I don't think they care greatly. Our intervention is an irritation at best. Now they simple revert to their creeping insidious methodology and implement it. Even given all the evidence, witnesses in the public domain they are still pursuing it at local level. All that's changed is the buzz words from global warming to climate change and I'd love to say people could see through this but we all know most don't want to.

Fauldhouse takes share of climate cash

A WEST Lothian village is set to scoop cash to set up environmental projects.

Fauldhouse Community Development Trust has received £49,187 for their Fauldhouse Climate Challenge.

The successful application was made to the Climate Challenge Fund, which is designed to support communities to take direct action on climate change by reducing their carbon emissions.

The cash will allow the Trust to employ a Climate Challenge Officer to initiate carbon saving projects in Fauldhouse.

Activities will include household energy surveys, awareness raising community events, practical informative workshops and setting up a local environmental group.

Welcoming the Climate Challenge funding, West Lothian Council leader Peter Johnston, said: “This is great news for Fauldhouse Community Development Trust.

“Climate change is undoubtedly one of the biggest challenges faces us at the moment and we are keen to encourage such projects as the one at Fauldhouse.”

Fauldhouse Community Development Trust (CDT) wants to progress projects that cut carbon in Fauldhouse. Organisation Profile : Fauldhouse Community Development Trust formed as a result of a promotional and capacity building project run by Voluntary Action West Lothian in 2005 and 2006. The project’s aim was to raise awareness about a new breed of community organisations called Community Development Trusts. We felt so inspired and impressed by what we heard about and saw happening in other towns and villages, we formed the Fauldhouse Community Development Trust in 2006 and became a company limited by guarantee in 2007.

So here's the thing, it's STARTED life as a developement trust BUT it's been a limited company for 3 years now and as such it is tasked to be profit making. The role costs tax payers £24,000, the grant £49,187 you do the maths, and just think about the other funding this "trust" recieves.

Now that's just one village, a VERY small village. We are seeing the stealth implementation / expansion of the bureaucracy, remember the "help install energy saving measures". Carbon tax was only the start and we know it. Just one little village, how many to a town, city, borough, district, county...

And you know what the sad thing is, the poor sap that they put in the position will genuinely believe he/she is there to make a difference. They will feel pride in their position and dismiss any "conspiricy" that says otherwise. Next step, once all is in place, will come the "collaboration" between agencies.

How long before one of these agents passes back information that leads to oppression of citizens?

How long before these agents they are given true power? Already we see powerless community support officers with warrant cards, who are told to keep them safe until they are needed.
