InfoWarrior Falsely Charged and Imprisoned

Prison Planet Forum member Suzanne Mc Henry is living a nightmare right now. She is in prison facing a minimum 10 year sentence on trumped up charges after being falsely accused of Battery class Y felony in the state of Arkansas.

At a weekend cookout her 4 year old daughter Amie was in and out of the pool running around barefoot when she accidentally stepped on a lit cigarette. Asked at school what was wrong with her foot, the innocent child allegedly said 'Mommy burned me with a cigarette'.

This put the police state machinery into gear. Amie was sent to a Department of Human Services contracted doctor who after a cursory examination, diagnosed mildly infected mosquito bites as cigarette burns. The DHS then removed all three of Suzanne and Calvin Mc Henry's children from their care.

After putting them into foster care, another doctor examined Amie, noticed that the moquito bites were staph infected and prescribed an anti-biotic treatment. The children were then taken out of DHS foster care and placed with the grandparents.

This appeared to anger the bureaucrats of the DHS who then had state police arrest Suzanne on a charge of battery class y. She is now held on a $100 000 bail which her husband has no way of paying. At her arraignment hearing, the prosecutor stated that Amie had 'cigarette burns all over her body'.

Since then, the children have been examined by 3 doctors at a state children's hospital who have all confirmed that Amie has infected mosquito bites, not cigarette burns.

Comment by Sovereignty Press on June 20, 2009 at 2:38pm: How about contatcting the Attorney General, the Governor and the State Legislators with information about how big our network is and how many media contacts we will distribute the story to and that "We the People" command them to intervene and insist the prosecution re-evaluate the bringing of the charges in the first place.

And in the mean-time help this lady prepare a serious bill for the services of sitting in prison and renting her children to the state.

A bill which can be followed up on in civil court.

I will be glad to provide a free sovereignty kit disk for the friends and/or family that will use it to help her get her family back together and get some money from the state for the kidnapping/rental of her and her families bodies.

I would believe the doctors would make the correct decision about a mosquito bite or cigarette burn. I will PRAY FOR YOUR RELEASE MAY GOD BE WITH YOU.

Suzanne, don't go to lawyers ( ward of the state-incompitant), get all laws being used - on paper, sudy them and pick them apart, prepare yourself, GET BOLD, and take out ANYTHING between you and Jehovah! And anything too big or difficult or not evident.....THROW IT ON HIM! BUT STAND FIRM FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY.
If they make 1 mistake in interpretations or can't inform you on 1 particle of any writing within those laws.......THEY'VE LOST ALL QUALIFICATIONS BY BEING UN-INFORMED ON EVEN 1 WORD OF IT ALL, AND THERFORE LOOSE ALL AUTHORITY.

Also, if ANY of these police, social workers, lawyers, or Judges brushes with sodium flouride or drinks any flouridated water...THEY ARE DRUGGED, NEUROTOXICALLY IMPARED, INCOMPITANT TO BE MAKING ANY AND ALL DECISIONS! THEY ARE MAKING DECISIONSAND PASSING JUDGEMENT UNDER DRUG INFLUENCE , AND THEREFOR HAVE NO AUTHORITY. THEY ARE ENGAGING IN CRIMINAL ACTIVITY AND PUTTING INNOCENT CHILDREN IN HARMS WAY IN THEIR PROCESSES! TAKE THEM DOWN!
They are NOT and learned or intelligent as they've fooled themselves into beleiving.....walk up to the mirror....touch it....see it is not real...and let those MOTHER INSTINCTS TAKE OVER !
