Intelligence Defined
Major General Albert Stubblebine III was the commanding general of the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command from 1981 to 1984, when he retired from the Army. This is a smart man who doesn't know what hit the Pentagon but he does know what didn't hit the Pentagon. A man who never met a plane with one wing.

Sorry, I just saw it. I prefer to post videos in editorial. You don't have to wait for them to upload although they don't seem to get as many views. It would be great if there was a view counter on editorial.
