Iran doesn't pop up much on social media and I'm guessing it would be the only country in the world where no publicly known need for any monkeypox or HIV tests exists. A quick death sentence for any gayness would mitigate possible problems of concern which could arise or bring focus onto gay diseases. It's something to think about really.
