DHS is buying more then ammo they are buying Nitrate lots of it and also more food

Have any of you written to your Congressmmmen/Women and Senators asking how come the DHS and other Government agencies are ordering massive amounts of Hollow Point ammunition, when it is banned for international warfare?

Are US Citizens of so little worth as to make it legitimate to use this abhorrent ammunition to kill them, weapons which cannot legally be used on America's perceived external enemies?
Is it not well past time that legislation banning the manufacture of such ammunition illegal, and possession of it being a criminal offence?

When I first read the headline, I was flabbergasted.

Why on earth should a weather service need any ammo at all, other than just normal security such as a Bank or whatever has?

But the weather service is complicit with Chemtrails, HAARP and experimental pathogen spraying, insofar as they are totally aware of it going on, and mislead the public by either ignoring it, or denying that it is occuring.

So too are the Air Traffic Controllers, who won't come out and publically give the lie to the Government statements to the effect that the spraying is not occuring, and what we all see are just 'Contrails' or 'Vapor Trails'.
