Is Mr. Obama as clueless as he pretends or is he actually just dumb?

Just what does this guy do all day long? It doesn't seem like he is actually paying any attention to what is going on with his administration.

3) PRISM Intelligence gathering program
4) 4 Dead Americans in Benghazi
5) DOJ Press Snooping
6) Mis-Use of the IRS
7) Criminal Misconduct Investigation Blocked into Prostitution allegations at State Dept.
