In 1776 when asked by a woman as the Continental Congress adjourned after drafting the US Constitution, Benjamin Franklin replied, “A Constitutional Republic if you can keep it.”

Failure of Americans

He was prophetic in his response. Ben Franklin might have had doubts in future generations of Americans to keep the fire of freedom and liberty burning. Even in 1960 when President Eisenhower was asked if he thought the present generation of Americans were capable of storming the beaches of Normandy and succeeding he expressed doubts, and that generation would end up fighting and protesting the Vietnam War. Thomas Jefferson observed that the price of freedom would never be cheap and that Americans would have to maintain a constant vigil over the affairs of government. That is something Americans failed to do.

True American heroes always denounced by the left

Andrew Jackson has been much maligned by the left and Democrats over the years it made no difference that he and his rag tag volunteer forces defeated the British at New Orleans during the War of 1812. Made no difference to these miscreants that Andrew Jackson threw out the European Central Bank in 1848 and allowed America to continue to thrive and establish international trade while still not charging Americans income taxes. That era of goodwill continued for 75 years until the Woodrow Wilson presidency and the Revenue Act of 1913 when once again the European Central Bank emerged again under the illegally ratified 16^th Amendment. Under the aegis of the new “Federal Reserve” the entire banking system of the US was under the control of just a few men, a European family banking cartel that would enact an income tax among American citizens.

Resurrection of an economic nemesis

Under the deception of added stability to the US monetary supply and banking networks the Federal Reserve delivered the 1929 stock market crash in just 16 years in 1929 followed in quick succession by the Great Depression in which the United States was bankrupt and in the words of a Morgan bank Manager speaking to Norman Dodd, “the banks would never operate under sound principles again.” Little do most Americans realize that they have been converted to debt slaves by what appears to be a government, but is actually a commercial corporation that operates outside of the US Constitution and views the people as merely instruments of economic production that can be taxed as corporate entities having no rights at all. Birth certificates as especially serial numbered as future sources of income beneath the authority of the NYSE (New York Stock Exchange). The people have become collateral.

Tax propaganda

With tax season approaching you can anticipate being flooded with advertisements from tax preparation firms, tax attorneys warning don’t take on the IRS alone, and IRS offers for a hardship pennies on the dollar program! In politics the term, “Tax Cheat” or as a good citizen do you pay your taxes, the shaming of those who know better. The fact that income tax is not only unconstitutional, but signing a 1040 strips you of your fifth Amendment rights and removes any legal protection from being prosecuted under statutory regulations of honest mistakes and errors. Today we are hearing of those owed tax refund for over a year that have not gotten their money back while in Washington they blame it on Covid 19 and a drastic reduction in staff numbers when ever since the Obama administration the IRS has received increased funding and the authorization for up to 90 thousand field agents! Yet, in years past the IRS gave up on field collections due to being sued for abuses as well as the expense of collection far outweighing and recovery of unpaid taxes. The IRS operates off of lies, threats, and intimidation while promising excellent customer service! Anything wrong with this picture?

Not the servant of the people

The truth is that any government agency will operate less efficiently, more costly, and with less competitive edge than a private company forced to compete in the market against other firms doing the same thing, yet why is it that federal employees with comparable duties get more benefits for operating in a monopolized environment that doesn’t have to be competitive? This is what happens when we allow government to have power in areas where the private sector operates at lower cost, with more efficient results, and is not burdening the tax payer in order to do so. Think of the billions in tax savings that Americans could have enjoyed that could have been re-invested in the US economy rather than being gobbled up by an inept and corrupt government collection agency that has been used for political purposes.

The Hypnotized public

The US government does not need income tax! It needs to cut back on unnecessary waste, duplicate agencies, the over abundant federal employee fraternity, all paid for through over taxation without representation! However, the conditioned American who jumps at the orders of the government without even asking how high, if the vaccine is safe, how much damage can oxygen deprivation due to wearing masks causes by breathing in more carbon dioxide, without questioning destructive lockdowns, or even demanding redress for the loss of businesses, the assets of the entrepreneur who lost his shirt, or the domestic violence that occurred due to the faulty dictatorial commands in the name of public safety, another “Big Lie”.

Bad analogies

I can remember the words of a former judge who actually said that with all its faults and arcane rulings like “Statute of Limitations” in civil law that have cost many a spouse dearly in the loss of community property, that it is the best legal system in the world. I would equate that with saying that we have the best horse because it’s the only one still left standing in the glue factory! One of the biggest fallacies ever whipped up for political purposes in evaluating a person’s level of patriotism is, “Did they pay their rightful share of the taxes?” That’s as stupid a question as did you get robbed as badly as everyone else and, if not, you got away with breaking the law!  The truth is if you are too lazy, to apathetic, too uninformed, to reduce or even alleviate your tax burden, nobody but yourself did you wrong, because you did not perform your due dilligenace.
