"False-Flag" Dirty Bomb Attack on London

Recent news reveals that not only may all the MPs have to move out of the Houses of Parliament whilst renovations have to take place - we are now being told the Queen may have to do the same - leaving Buckingham Palace whist it also undergoes renovation.

Less than a mile apart; two of London's most iconic landmarks - that houses not only the entire British government, but is "home" to the most powerful and influential monarch in the world.

By saying the Houses of Parliament and Buckingham palace need extensive renovations - is this an advanced ploy to help cover-up a looming attack on the capital?  

Why is there the need to totally abandon these famous buildings, despite the alleged billions of pounds it will cost the tax-payer to carry out the alleged repairs?

Let's not forget, just opposite Westminster is Portcullis House (PCH) that was commissioned in 1992 and opened in 2001 to provide offices for 213 Members of Parliament and their staff.

The main chamber in the House of Commons could still remain open and sections at a time could be worked on without having MPs to move out of the building.  “They” say this is an option but would cost billions of pounds more to do.  Though can we trust those behind the building contracts?  Any major construction or renovation project like this is open to corruption.  It's "only the tax payer’s money" - so to charging ten times the price for a roof tile, pain of glass or hammer will of course be the outcome.

The same applies to Buckingham Palace - with an estimated £150,000,000 cost to complete the works; Buckingham Palace has 775 rooms, surely this is large enough for the Queen who is hardly in-residence anyway and often at Windsor or Bal’moral (Baal!!) castle, - and can't see why a wing at a time couldn't be renovated without the Queen having to move out during this period.  Major works regularly take place in both Buckingham Palace and the Houses of Parliament and all year around - so why are they being so drastic this time around? 

They ridiculously state that taxpayers face a bill of up to £7.1 billion to stop the Houses of Parliament falling down, unless MPs and peers agree to move out.

A report shown to members said essential repairs to the Palace of Westminster without closing the building down would take more than 30 years to complete!!!

30yrs!!! My God they built, renovated and restored hundreds of thousands of both public and private buildings and properties in London in less than that time following Germany's bombing blitz during WWII. 

Do "they" really think the public are that stupid?  Well yes they do and, so do I, as I know most members of the public are trance-like and don't even know what's going on in their own lives, so this type of outrageous "30 years to complete" statement is understandable.  Most are so brain-dead that such crazed statements are easily accepted.

Whereas, I think the real reason is to permit those in power to be in a "safe-place" when the expected attack on London takes place.  Those who know about 9/11 and the 7/7 bombings, know it was an "inside-job" - as how else could Building 7 have collapsed the same day the twin towers did?  The first time in history for a building(s) to fall free-fall into their own footsteps, yet ignorantly accepted by the majority of the American public. 

It takes time to put things in place, such as the moving out of the Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace and to put "cover-stories" into place.  So as and when the attack takes place they can report - "It was a miracle members of government and the Queen were saved duly to the buildings being renovated - had they been there they too would have perished with the millions that did in London that fateful day dirty bombs exploded all over the capital.”

Is this an indication that they are preparing for something the rest of Londoner's are unaware of? 

Is there a plan to attack the capital? 

Not so much by aerial bombardment, but by perhaps a 'dirty-bomb' kind of attack. 

A dirty bomb or radiological dispersal device (RDD) is a speculative radiological weapon that combines radioactive material with conventional explosives. The purpose of the weapon is to contaminate the area around the dispersal agent/conventional explosion with radioactive material, serving primarily as an area denial device against civilians. 

Assuming the radiation levels are not too high and the area does not need to be abandoned such as the town of Pripyat near the Chernobyl reactor, an expensive and time consuming clean-up procedure will begin. This will mainly consist of tearing down highly contaminated buildings, digging up contaminated soil and quickly applying sticky substances to remaining surfaces to adhere the radioactive particles before radioactivity penetrates the building materials. These procedures are the current state of the art for radioactive contamination clean-up, but some experts say that a complete clean-up of external surfaces in an urban area to current decontamination limits may not be technically feasible.  Loss of working hours will be vast during clean-up, but even after the radiation levels reduce to an acceptable level, there might be residual public fear of the site including possible unwillingness to conduct business as usual in the area. Tourist traffic is likely never to resume.

It has been alleged that in July 2014, ISIS militants seized 88 pounds of uranium compounds from Mosul University. The material was unenriched and so could not be used to build a conventional fission bomb, but a dirty bomb is a theoretical possibility.

Little is known about civil preparedness to respond to a dirty bomb attack on London or the USA.  The alleged 7/7 London bombings or Boston Marathon appeared to be an ideal situation with high potential for use of a dirty bomb as a terrorist weapon.

I keep going on about how despicable our world governments really are and especially the British and American governments as they do with an air of respectability, conning the general public that “they” are on “your” side and it’s the nasty bogeyman you need to fear such as “the Reds are at the door” or now it’s their own created, funded and trained fanatics such as Al Qaeda, the Taliban and now their favourite of all ISIS.

It’s our own governments via their secret services, paid mercenaries and agent provocateurs who are actually behind virtually all “false flags” and alleged terrorist attacks that take place around the world.  They use them to scare the living daylights out of the masses and so they of course have bow down and accept not only more draconian laws, they can enter us into illegal wars on the back of false claims such as WMD – “20 min warning” that led to war criminals Bush and Blair agreeing to take us in yet another “Wag the Dog” war.  It’s why they murdered biological germ warfare expert and scientist Dr Kelly.  He was about write his own book about what really happened in Iraq, and would have very likely included his own work on biological weapons of mass destruction that were experimented on not only the British public, but also on the then British run country of South Africa and the “Black-Bomb”, which was to help eradicate the black population during apartheid.

So deceitful are our governments they even carried out the most heinous of experiments of their own populations and of course without their knowledge or agreement.

One interesting experiment that in my eyes is related to how “they” will release a dirty-bomb in London or other cities around the world was that in the 1960s Porton Down scientists released bacteria along the Northern Line of the London Underground. The results showed that the organism dispersed about 10 miles.  Crazed Scientists given the green light from Whitehall were allegedly trying to discover whether ‘long distance travel of aerosols’ on the London Underground was due to “transportation” within trains themselves or via the “air ventilation” shafts!  Similar tests were also conducted in tunnels running under government buildings in Whitehall.

During this same period, the drug LSD was being tested on soldiers at the facility to investigate its “tactical battlefield usefulness.”

In 1995 onwards, gradually released classified files revealed that from the end of the war to the late 1970s the MoD, primarily by using Porton Down, turned large parts of the country into a giant laboratory to conduct a series of “secret germ warfare tests” on the public.

Many of these tests involved releasing potentially dangerous chemicals and micro-organisms over vast swaths of the population. Over 200 such covert experiments are believed to have taken place between 1949 and 1979.

One report reveals that military personnel were briefed to tell any “inquisitive inquirer” that the trials were part of research projects into weather and air pollution.
