Arcan Cetin, man accused of killing 5 in Cascade Mall shooting, dies in jail

"The man accused of killing five people at Cascade Mall in Burlington was found dead in the Snohomish County Jail Sunday night, according to the Skagit County Prosecutor’s Office.

Mount Vernon Police Lt. Chris Cammock said Cetin had immigrated to the U.S. from Turkey and was a "legal permanent resident." It was not immediately clear when Cetin came to the U.S.  Quote from the article posted.
