Man dies after grand final celebration
Grand final celebrations turned sour overnight when a man died after being arrested at St George Leagues Club.
About 12.20am today police intervened in a fight involving three men at the Kogarah club.
While trying to arrest the men, police used a Taser on one man who was subsequently subdued and arrested.
He is assisting police with their inquiries at St George police station.
A 35-year-old man was sprayed with capsicum spray during the arrest and lost consciousness.
He was taken to hospital but died later. The cause of his death is not known.
A third man was arrested and is helping police with their inquiries.
Police are continuing to investigate the incident

A man who died after police used a baton and capsicum spray to subdue him shows no sign of brain injury or fractures to the skull, says NSW's most senior officer.
Steven Bosevski was celebrating the Dragons' NRL grand final win at St George Leagues Club, at Kogarah, when a fight broke out in the early hours of Monday.
Security alerted police, who used Tasers, capsicum spray and batons to bring the situation under control.
Police commissioner Andrew Scipione on Tuesday rejected allegations Mr Bosevski had been hit in the head, potentially causing the 35-year-old's death

Yeah,.. so's our military personell being charged,.. for participating in a war their govt sent them to,, (gave them the guns ammo and missioins), whilst police officers shoot their own team members, (Accidental?) in a botched drug raid for some pot but the offender protected himself and his stuff, No charges and the govt gives them $$,... then they go out and do above mentioned. Obviousley not Oathkeepers. and i heard a serving member on 2GB say they need to purge/cleanse society of certian people?? .. Hmmmm
