There are so many issues and so many differing opinions to theses issues that in the heat of debate we seem to be forgetting something. The more conflicted we are, the easier we are to control. Misdirection is a powerful tool of government. When a major issue is blasted all over the mainstream, trust me, something else is a foot. Virtually every single time. While Americans were focused on the Ferguson verdict, arms were being shipped to some very bad people in third world countries. Just last week, while everyone was focused on the whole CIA torture thing, congress very quietly passed a bill with a provision allowing for domestic spying,  despite the overwhelming opposition of the people. I could go on and on. Point is, highly debated and heated issues are intentionally blasted then reblasted by mainstream intentionally to keep us pre occupied. Accepting our differences is key. As long as people are unwilling to tolerate differences in opinions, special interests and government will continue to do as they please. I hate to say it, but taking to the streets in protest, however just the cause may be, plays right into the hands of those you protest, to an extent. The unnamed powers that be are covert for a reason. So to must we be, to be truly effective. You don't show everyone your hand in poker do you?
