Back door man.

ACTA.

The trade treaty. HA! NOW use the trade treaty to sneak in LOTS of copyright protection. from every angle, too. This is much worse than it sounds.

You remember hearing about homeland border police getting 60% of the US pop in their gun sites? THIS is what you gonna get hit with.

NO TOLERANCE. BIG momma S'mother hits hard here, kiddo.

My favorite tech sites include a few of the (secret) overviews... ya gotta LOVE this admin law stuff. Actually. most of 'im post a little on it, along with the usual garbage.

basics first. admin law.

First off, you're guilty till proven innocent. (like parking tickets.)

ACTA? AND they hit you with Civil law compensation, (lawsuits), criminal penalties,(jail +fines) with admin law process. GUILTY! GUILTY GUILTY whatta deal, eh?)

AND the rules of evidence don't apply.

OR proof. (demonstration, analogy, authority)

PLUS they're allowed to destroy the goods AND you don't get any compensation... even if they're wrong / mistaken..... or being stupid.

Ipods, computers, encrypted material.. hey, that that LOOKS like an illegal MP3 to me. You're under arrest, it goes in the shredder, and we're taking your car too. AND your lunch.

copyright, trademark, patents all get covered.

That LOOKS like an illegal logo on your t-shirt, friend. You owe money, we're taking it and here's a prison stay for ya. All you drug-smuggling, terrorist, child-molester pederasts (that's a kid's song, right? from a pop tart of some kind? Looks suspicious to me.) get treated this way.

Ignoring the fact you can't patent ideas..or math. fair comment? Not from an unperson. you felon you.

AND there's favorite treatment too.

remember that guy that nailed the banks with the transaction patent. HE got a special bill from congress dumping/disallowing his patent.

ya want links? isn't that a suspicious activity?

are they counterfeit? A copy of some kind? encrypted? fair comment doesn't count , I see you used the same words as they did here and there...

the harvard fight to open this up is interesting..
RIAA copyright is a civil offense, it needs civil court..

HARVARD which criminalizes the whole process AND adds outrageous costs..

ME: to something I bought and own; it's MINE to give away as i see fit.
