Must Read-You are possibly worth more DEAD than ALIVE according to your Employer

Capitalism _A Love Story- Starz TV I hate the title of this video/movie and just finished watching it on television this morning.

This show is so jam packed full of just how bad the control freaks are and just how greedy they are it literally sickens me. You know I wonder how much information do you have to learn and  have to find out before your classified or no longer labeled as a sleeping sheep. I guess when you have been sheered naked and exposed then you can say I am no longer a part of the majority because now I know everything, but the fact is every-time you turn around you here about something else the NWO is in control of. Damnnnnnnnnnn. What blows your friggin gaskets? This is a small excerpt from the show.

BECAUSE YOU ARE WORTH MORE DEAD, THEN ALIVE!!!
So that makes if OK? F%#k That Bull Crap!

Corporations are lining their pockets off the life insurance they take out on employees who die.

Q.-HOW CAN A COMPANY DO THIS TO PEOPLE AND PEOPLE NOT KNOW IT. WHAT THE HELL IS THEIR PITCH? WHAT ARE THE LAWS REGARDING THIS KIND OF EVIL MINDED MANIPULATION? ASK YOURSELF-AM I ON THE LIST WHERE I WORK? If you are on the list How do you get off of it?

The Law on Company Owned Life Insurance

There are some laws to prevent these types of insurance policies, but unfortunately the law is easy to circumvent.

Most states also have advise and consent laws that technically require companies to get workers permission before buying life insurance on them. But attorney Myers said many businesses circumvent these laws by purchasing the insurance in one of the states that doesnt require notice or consent, including Delaware, Georgia, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Vermont.

Executives fly to Atlanta to meet with the insurance company and its brokers, sign some papers, get on their respective corporate jets and fly home, Myers said. Other companies offered their workers small policies — typically $5,000 to $10,000 — as an incentive to allow larger corporate-owned policies to be issued on the workers lives. The small policies can later be canceled, even if the company keeps up the premiums on the other insurance.

Life insurance polocies taken out by and payable to companies  on their employees, directors, officers, owners, and debtors are commonly known as corporate-owned life insurance (COLI) policies. Company Owned Life Insurance
Such policies are seperate and distinct from typical group life insurance policies offered to many  employees as an employment benefit. In general, ONLY THE COMPANY, NOT THE EMPLOYEES OR THEIR FAMILIES HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF ANY POLICY BEING TAKEN OUT! Concerns about people "gambling" on the deaths of strangers has led to "INSURABLE INTEREST" laws in most states that require some possibility of financial loss as the result of an insured's death as a prerequisite for the purchase of life insurance. Although employment has generally been accepted to fulfill the need for an insurable interest, many have expressed concern about the employers holding policies on lower-paid employees and continuing to hole policies after a worker has left employment.

EMPLOYEE NOTICE AND CONSENT WAS AGREED TO IN THE SENATE FINACE COMMITTEE IN 2004- AND ULTIMATELY INCORPORATED INTO P.L. 109-280. WHICH WAS PASSED BY THE 109TH CONGRESS IN 2006

How does a person know if he or she is covered by a policy?

It is often difficult for a person to learn whether he or she was covered by a “Dead Peasant” policy. These insurance programs became popular during the mid-1980s and have been an available investment opportunity for large companies since that time. Prior to 2006, however, there was no federal law that required employers to disclose the policies to insured employees. Any disclosure requirements that existed before 2006 were only through state laws, which were ignored in many instances. So, the only way a person could learn about the policies was through the employer’s voluntary disclosure.

Some of the companies who engage in this practice are:  Wells Fargo, Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Dow Chemical, Procter & Gamble, Wal-Mart, Walt Disney and Winn-Dixie.  They carry policies that amount in the BILLIONS.  “The Wall Street Journal reports that Bank of America and Wells Fargo both have $17 billion each in these life insurance policies. Chase has $11 billion.

To add insult to injury, the policies are nicknamed dead janitors or dead peasants insurance AND the insurance is used as a tax dodge….not to mention the benefits are used to pay bonuses to key executives.

Banks are using a little-known tactic to help pay bonuses, deferred pay and pensions they owe executives: They're holding life-insurance policies on hundreds of thousands of their workers, with themselves as the beneficiaries.

Banks took out much of this life insurance during the mortgage bubble, when executives' pay -- and the IOUs for their deferred compensation -- surged, and banking regulators affirmed the use of life insurance as a way to finance executive pay and benefits.

This practice of taking out insurance policies on employees for profit is vile, immoral, insulting and an outrage.

It wasn’t enough that they outsourced our jobs to India, or enough when they cried poor and downsized us out of jobs while paying their CEO’s 500 times what the average worker makes, oh, no…..not content with that they turned into ghoulish vultures preying on our deaths.

The saddest part of the story is the likely response to this story.  No workers strikes for us….that’s too French.  No, as usual, we will sit back and take it and bemoan our lot in life while bailing out our masters as they continue to view us as peasants.

Which employers bought policies on the lives of employees? DO YOU WORK FOR THESE COMPANIES?

Because a company’s purchase of insurance policies is not a public record, it is virtually impossible to know every company that invested in policies on employees’ lives. The following companies, however, are believed to have been named as the beneficiary of life insurance policies on employees:

How many unknowing, over-worked, over-stressed, employees of these companies were coerced into taking a vaccine under the pretence of minimizing sick time/days off; and by doing so, hastened the collection of dead peasant policies?Another DOT connected!!!
