Hello, due to many reasons, which include censorship, seemly allowed with the consent of ning our host, in addition to numerous tech issues, poor site navigation and much more,  we MUST move ASAP.

Below is an estimate of cost, and we could use your support either with the technical skills or through a generous donation.

The only alternative we have to this is using a free ad based site like wall.fm , which would leave us at the mercy of another uncaring corporation.

One way or another this site will no longer exist soon. All your work here will be saved, do not worry. Before the move, we will completely copy and archive the site.

I have contacted a few folks in our community as well as sought pricing info from others.

I tend to want to use some one who is in this same fight as us and is awake.

I found Andreas through twitter and was happily surprised that he promoted 12160 with out ever even contacting us on his site here:  http://4up2date.info/12160.html

During a conversation with him, explaining that we were desperate to move off ning,  he said that he estimated the cost at 30/hr @ 100 hours of time. With a general estimate being $3000 usd for the site build.

He said that he is terribly busy at this moment and must take on better paying jobs for the next week or two, but assures me that he would like to help.   His normal rate per hour exceeds 100 USD .

More from the truth community, I like a few sites and will be contacting them to see if there is interest. 

I also searched online for others who may specialize in building social networks. The cost were 3k to 30k. The cheaper end of these quotes are from web designers in India as well as other non western countries.

Additional cost

Web hosting monthly cost estimated at 150 a month. I would like a buffer of 3-6 months paid before we disconnect from ning. This includes hosting a back up of 12160.info.

Periodic maintenance, debugging  and upgrades to the site should  be added to our cost . I estimate 1-2 hrs a month at a low estimate of 30/hr.
