No-Fly Zone To Be Enforced By Shoot-To-Kill Order During NATO Summit

According to a CBS 2 Chicago News Broadcast, Not only does the coming NATO Summit have potential plans to evacuate citizens from t..., but they are also prepared to shoot planes down from the sky which stray close to the NATO Summit area. The no-fly zone order will be enforced from May 19 to May 21, 2012.
In a report obtained by CBS 2, there are plans for a "shoot-to-kill" response for any non-commercial aircraft that violate the no-fly zone designated. In part, the advisory reads:
Be advised that noncompliance with the published NOTAM may result in the use of force.
A Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR) will be in place over central Chicago as part of the security measures and will consist of a 30NM outer ring and a 10NM inner core from the surface up to but not including 18,000 FT MSL. The TFR will be in effect from May 19 until May 21, 2012.
The advisory has been issued by the Federal Aviation Administration.
