@fireguy: yeah i just read something today in the local paper that one of the nearby cities is hoping to pass a "license plate reading" system to "reduce crime"....I don't like where things are headed at all!

P.s. check out my youtube video about something I have noticed popping up on the sides of highway 99 and I 5 in california. They are supposedly used to measure response time for vehicles during foggy situations(atleast that is one of the studies I found on the internet from UC Berkeley being done)....I know that the government can easily piggie back onto other research like they do with satellite systems.
My research led me to this discovery: Dual Technology Visibility Sensor "Using both direct attenuation and forward scatter technologies the 8364-E can MEASURE AIRBORNE PARTICLE SIZE"

Could a particular department of the govt be measuring amount of aluminum particles (found from chemtrails) to determine which areas need to be sprayed again, etc??

Chemtrails, Yes they have tic tac toed the sky over western Idaho and NE Oregon for several years almost daily, that is why I was tripping that I have not seen them for a couple of weeks. Contrails are much more rare these days but I see them once in a while and point out the difference to anyone who is around, last year on a wildfire near Wallowa, Oregon I showed our local High School "science teacher" who works for the State in the summer fighting fires both chemtrails and contrails and explained what I knew about chemtrails. He said he "did not want to know" about it because it was too scary. Typical sheep response.

Locutus, CCTV is starting to be installed in rural Oregon on the Interstate, Portland has had them for some time. Some people have been successful in having them removed based on the fact that they were issuing tickets without an law enforcement officer actualy witnessing the "crime" and automaticly being issued tickets by computer.

Apparently the police in this town can access any businesses' cameras that are hooked into the "mesh system"....Shouldn't this have all kinds of 4th amendment implications??? Warrantless searches/monitoring? Or would it be justified since you are in "public space?"

It would take too long for me to snap each of the slides from the presentation I have saved but if you would like a copy let me know and I can send you an e mail attachment with it in it so you can easily review the information....I believe this is the beginning of the facial recognition(minority report-styled) surveillance society to come. Where do we draw the line?

DAmn...i just used MWSNAP to take a picture of this because it has a security password encripted....I had downloaded it off the internet before it got scrubbed but still am having problems getting it back onto the internet...

fireguy, i live in The Dalles in north central Oregon and we have had BEAUTIFUL skies here for quite some time now. i DID see, a couple of days ago, a couple of CONtrails, and yes, i know the difference.

I recently went to Monterey CA and noticed after the morning haze wore off chemtrails were visible....usually everyday where i live in the central valley of CA modesto area...i have some great pics of some crazy ass grids in the skies i need to load up...hope to do it soon.
