The third and most far-reaching objective of President-elect Obama's administration will be to enforce an initiative for the United States to combat global warming. Obama won the ongoing support of the world's leading global warming environmental combatant and former vice president Al Gore, Jr.
Of all the crises that Obama will need to manage, the goal of selling Americans on saving the earth from carbon dioxide (Co2) , a colorless, odorless natural occurring gas will perhaps be the easiest. Many scientists around the world have argued that the human production of carbon emissions, via the use of fossil fuels is the main cause of global warming.
In America, the idea of saving the climate was conveniently packaged along with Obama's promises of change, and has no doubt resonated with his supporters and environmental groups.
The Bush Administration's refusal to sign on to the Kyoto Protocol in 2001 enraged liberal and environmental groups around the world, despite the fact that countries such as China would be exempt from the protocol's conditions of curbing carbon emissions. Through the use of the mainstream media's three minute sound bite, the blame for the United States being a road block in joining the world to fight global warming can be placed solely on the Bush administration by environmentalists.
Unfortunately the failure for the US to sign onto the obvious contradictory conditions of the Kyoto Protocol has only opened up a Pandora's Box of ongoing debates on whether or not global warming is even real, and whether or not humans are the cause of it. The science behind climate change is far too complicated for the discernment of the average person, and there are indeed
two camps of scientists with conflicting views on whether the earth's climate change is even the result of human intervention at all.
But given the fact that Obama will most likely enter his presidency with a high approval rating and with plenty of political capital, the scientific debate on global warming and global climate change is irrelevant. After a recent meeting with Al Gore, Obama even went so far as
to declare the threat of global warming an issue of national security.
The New World Order agenda of creating a
new global system of currency based on cap and trade laws and carbon credits will most likely move forward under the Obama administration, and gain traction, but it will no doubt have plenty of assistance from
Al Gore and the global think tank the Club of Rome, of which Gore is a member.
The plan for Obama's administration to implement a cap and trade system to combat global warming was introduced on April 20, 2007 via
the Obama/Biden 'Change We Need' website. The initiative was identical to the system Gore proposed to Congress in 2007 that called for a
cap and trade system along with a global carbon tax.
"The Obama proposal includes a banking and credit trading mechanism to allow providers of cleaner burning fuel to trade allowances to other producers or bank allowances against future carbon reductions."
On the surface, this
trading mechanism seems to be very similar to the system that British Prime Minister Gordon Brown has proposed, as reported by the Australian.
"My ambition is to build a global carbon market founded on the EU emissions trading scheme and centred in London."
It is interesting to find that there exists a group of elitists who believe that man is incapable of governing himself, his society, his environment and therefore cannot control his destiny. Long ago, these elite groups such as the Club of Rome, sought to enforce an undemocratic, socialist system of control on all humanity. This new system of control was to invent a crisis, and use it as a pretext to cause a fundamental shift in human consciousness, or as George HW. Bush put it, "a big idea,
a new world order. Humans worldwide would rally around a common enemy in order to protect the environment, and thus ultimately, protect it from itself.
"It would seem that humans need a common motivation, namely a common adversary, to organize and act together in the vacuum; such a motivation must be found to bring the divided nations together to face an outside enemy, either a real one or else one invented for the purpose. New enemies therefore have to be identified. New strategies imagined, new weapons devised.
The common enemy of humanity is man.
In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill. All these dangers are caused by human intervention, and it is only through changed attitudes and behavior that they can be overcome.
The real enemy then, is humanity itself."

Unfortunately for most, ideas on such a grand scale, ideas that world leaders are being used subversively, and generally without the knowledge of the general public in order to control nations is simply far too difficult to understand and far too unsettling to admit.
