Even when we’re down we’re expected to get up off the ground

Everybody wants to but they aren’t likely to be renown,

Even though you’re not where you expected to be

We were all made differently all made differently

Truth is something most won’t ever see not even expectantly

Perhaps this is why few will ever agree,

On one thing we can agree that there will be human tragedy

That there will be human tragedy sadly we can agree,

No matter what the case may be we all want to be free,

I didn’t want to see you go but for you it was just a stroll

A walk in the park fireworks after dark a party on the grassy knoll

All curled up like a snake ready to partake out of your empty soul

There’s no opinion poll so just give the dice a roll,

It’s the pain that you cause there’s no disclaimer clause

No reason to wonder why or to even stop and pause

No way to stop the bleeding you can’t apply the gauze

Despite what’s said and done you’ll not get your applause,

Leave no stone unturned as your stomach churns
