Despite lying on the ground with his arms and legs spread, a suspect got a face full of police boot on Wednesday. The kicking cop added insult to injury by giving a post-beating high five. The brutality was the final chapter of a pursuit that began about 1:30 p.m. at an attempted traffic stop in El Monte, Calif. Police tried to stop the motorist for a traffic violation, said California Highway Patrol Officer Jose Nunez
J. Patriot's thoughts:
We in law enforcement are supposed to uphold the laws not disobey it by assaulting a suspect who is complying with our orders. This is the very reason why we are not trusted by the public, because of a few idiots like the one’s in the video abusing the badge, and disgracing a once honorable profession! There are still a few of us who will not obey an unlawful order to go against the US Constitution, which we swore an oath to uphold and defend. I’m proud to stand with the few honorable Law Enforcement Officers’ that are still left in this country. This video with the two Officer’s giving each other a high five after abusing their authority are a disgrace, and it sickens me, and the few honorable men and women that still wear a badge!
Here’s a quick lesson for law enforcement in Texas, before you abuse your authority under color of his or her office read this and then think twice before you make a mistake and loose that badge.
