A coalition of 35 U.S. states, cities, and counties sued President Donald Trump on Friday over his directive not to count undocumented immigrants when apportioning seats for the House of Representatives, a move that critics have said is designed to help Republicans.

Trump’s plan, announced on Tuesday, could exclude several million people when determining how to apportion the 435 House seats, starting with the 2022 midterm elections. It could cause a few House seats to shift from Democratic-leaning states with large immigrant populations to Republican-leaning states.

The term, “Undocumented Immigrant” refers to a wide variety of Foreigners who violated US Public Law U.S. Code Title 8. Aliens and Nationality (look it up).  When anyone violates a Federal Law, even foreigners, they become unindicted Federal Felons, not persons entitled to cast a vote in US elections. 8 U.S. Code § 1325 - Improper entry by alien

Perhaps I have missed something during my 69 years on this planet we call Earth, but I believe that voters are required, not only by law but also by simple common sense to be citizens.  To understand the laws that mandate proper entry into the United States you must understand the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service.
