I downloaded this file awhile back. I had sent links within e mails to a few groups I belong to and received responses back that the links were broken.
This pdf illustrates a possible product derived from these "fusion centers"...This file illustrates the "minority report-style" pre-crime powers that more and more police departments are beginning to possess; in direct violation of the Constitution (Amendment 4).
In the PDF below (also can be found within comments section of above video) an image, found on page 13, of a tiny antenna can be seen. They are everywhere in Modesto, CA, a city not far from Ripon in which this file has created by.

Along with the red light cameras, page 9 of the pdf, lists the various agencies, businesses and organizations that this wireless system would be linked to.

Our economic and political system is no longer free market capitalist...it's as Max Keiser calls rigged market capitalism, crony capitalsim, corporatism as Mussolini coined it! In other words Fascism. I think one of the worst "isms" known to man and a bane on individuality and self expression as well as possessing the ability to stifle innovation and curtail true competition which in turn allows for continued market manipulation, price setting and collusion.
I believe the veil of deceit that for too long has been pulled down around our bootstraps is finally being lifted. I hope new heroic Americans, nay human beings, will rise up to the challenge, swim against the current and protect those individuals out there that for whatever reason are oblivious to the snowballing events that seem to be escalating month by month.
