In that last segment (beginning at 9:47) notice what Bush says, "when we are successful... and we will be, we have a real chance at this new world order. An order in which a credible united nations can use it's peacekeeping role to fulfill the promise and vision of the U.N's founders."

That was a presidential address where he told the nation they intended on using the UN to create the new world order through U.N peacekeeping operations. Many of the U.N "peacekeepers" are genocidal madmen pooled from eastern European troops and from third world countries. Soldiers that know nothing about an American way of life or freedom. They are bringing them here, to our soil, and they have no respect for our country or laws. We should invite them all to the capitol when they arrive, they'll fit right in.

I don't know what's scarier, Panetta's statement or the military man sitting behind him. He actually looks like an evil SOB. His eyes are vacant, lifeless and cold.... quite frightening actually.
