Let the public shaming of VW diesel car owners begin. In Portland, Oregon, a surprised motorist found a note on the windshield of their VW car admonishing the driver for owning a car that caused so much pollution. A photo of the note was published to popular social media site Instagram. Sadly, consumers with good intentions buying supposed ‘clean diesel’ vehicles have now become targets because of shady corporate dealings. Gawd, the pollutionists. I had a neighbor basically leave a similar note stating if I don't get a tune up they will be forced to inform the police. Of course, they had a full sized SUV. I put the note back on their ride. Similar, but different experience. Yes, our pollution is melting ice caps on other planets.
