I don't know about mac on windows I use ZD Soft Screen Recorder works great.
I can upload it on rapidshare.com if anyone wants it.

I have tried all the available mac vid cap stuff and nothing works. Hope we can get some help here, plus we need someone to post and edit the podcast because Harry is busy .
