Zhirinovsky is the head of the Liberal opposition party in Russia. This is not the first time he has threatened to use WMD, or intimated that Russia has WMD that no one has heard of. Among other things he threatened to use tactical nukes against the Chechen's is the military action there, to use nukes in the Atlantic Ocean to destroy the UK with a man made Tsunami and to use a weapon he called "Elipton" against America which is supposedly many times stronger than nuclear weapons.
