I will write what would have been my comment here as I believe it to be fairly important (we all believe that our own blog posts are important or we wouldn't be here).
I will give Ron Goodman one thing-- switching out Congress all at once is the best non-violent idea to affect change that I have considered in a long time. Recently I have "believed" that violence is the only way-- especially this late in the game. This idea has given me hope again.
Replace Congress with young and old idealists who are not in it for the power and the money and give them the courage to say things like:
"Mr. President? May I remind you that you are the Commander in Chief of the single-most powerful army in the world. However, there are 535 of us and only one of you. Moving forward, please remember that."
It just might work.

Lots of wishful thinking there.
The people cannot vote the dark occult elite bloodlines out of power. It is impossible. We already know Bilderberg controls all national elections' outcome well in advance. No politician serves, or is accountable to, the public, no matter what he / she says. They have agreed to serve the dark side, they like their petty power, so they will serve their masters to the death. The system ensures that the public has no control whatsoever in the mainstream political arena puppet show, only the illusion of choice.
The only way to avoid "crony-ism" and the like is for ALL elected positions to have term limits.
Just like the CEO President has .
No man or women can be truly be said to be "of the people" if they are career politicians . Maybe a maximum of three to five terms for Senators and Congress people would allow "them" to actually keep in touch with real life and not become so removed from it that they can no longer be regarded as "representing the people" .
I'm Australia and my dad was the head of the Oil Industries branch of the Australian Working mens union for over thirteen years (all voluntary ) and they had a rule that once you move into full time union administration duties you had only five years before you had to resign all go back to the "factory floor" .All to make sure you had a personal awareness of the situation on the ground so to speak.
Now I'm not the most eloquent writer but I think with five minutes of thought you can understand the logic of term limits.
To further illustrate my point I will use my limited knowledge and suggest you consider someone like John Kerry. Now my understanding is he first came to public notoriety for his stance on the Viet Nam war and as a returned vet . A noble thing got him into the public eye and nobody could argue that he wasn't "of the people" .But look at him now ! He has been altered by the experience to the point that the "noble" man no longer exists .Remember his "war fund" of millions and millions of dollars to fight for an honest outcome to the election in 2004 . And how he said he was "all lawyered up" to fight for "the people" . . . all this and he conceded before the last vote was even counted ! WTF ?
An argument could be made that "the new broom does sweep cleaner" as a result of not being part of the system but rather "of the people" .
Imagine if the greatest goal of politics was your achievements while in office and not the amassed wealth you acquired through being in office.
"Ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country" where "country = people .
"Destroying the New World Order"
