A man found hanged in a New Delhi garden has been identified as a senior executive of Japan's scandal-hit Olympus Corp.
In what has been described by police as a 'likely suicide', the body of Tsutomu Omori was found in a garden near his home in the Gurgaon suburb of the city.
Officers recovered his body hanging from the boundary wall of a park on Monday.
Omori, 49, was the company's head of medical equipment business in India. There is no immediate suggestion his death is linked to a $1.7 billion fraud that has rocked corporate Japan and led to the arrest of senior executives in Tokyo.
