In a statement to the press recently Maxine Waters, Democrat of California, said that 170 million persons would lose their jobs over the sequester cuts. In reality, there aren’t that many jobs in the US. Obviously, she needed to adjust her figures.

The illusion created by your President

Through-out the United States currently we find that federal employees are not actually being laid off at all. Furlough, as stated by the federal spokesman is actually a 30 day notice of a partial reduction in hours employed in the course of a week, perhaps one day out of a five day work week. This is not the catastrophic loss of government jobs and services forecast by the Obama administration.

Playing a game anyone can see through

In another case a federal animal and agricultural inspector actually emailed the White House asking for guidance in how to manage his budget under the aegis of the sequester. He wanted to apply what amounts to the 2 % cut across the board to a number of different departments so as to minimize any effects at all. The response of White House officials was to uphold the position of the administration on sequestration, make the supposed cuts as painful as possible to the American public by utilizing budgeting methods that would maximize the pain felt by US citizens depending on the services of the federal government, and may I add, unnecessarily. This is, once again, a manufactured crisis to attain the desired effect upon the US population to punish them and to teach them that they need the heavy influence of government in their lives!

Where is the sequester nightmare?

That being said, we see no interruption in tax payer funded federal services in air traffic control at airports, in law enforcement, in fire departments, who will remain in vigilance, but we did see the White House put a stop to conducting tours! Ouch! Now there’s a particularly essential service that we have suffered the loss of! What else will we be called upon to accept? Will it be the loss of social studies being conducted on terrorist nations hostile to the US or could it be that we will have to languish in ignorance over the studied flight of Frisbees as they go hovering through the air? I just don’t know.

When the servant becomes your master

It is clear that our federal government has conveniently forgotten its role in society. That role was to serve the American people based upon the whim of those voters who elect the officials who are supposedly cognizant of the needs of the people. Instead of serving the American tax payer and voter, a distorted perversion of reality has occurred. Somehow, the federal government decided that it was more important than the people whose citizenship and participation make federal jobs and agencies possible. Yet, these federal employees think that they are more entitled to support and income than they Americans whose taxes make federal employees possible. The creator is being challenged by that which he invented. Federal services cannot exist without the American citizen who votes to elect officials, their policies, and therefore creates the demand for such employment. Somewhere this reality got ignored and relegated to the spin doctors of the Obama administration who decided to change the rules and turn the rightful masters of the federal government into its slaves.

Playing America like a piano

To see President Obama surrounding himself with policeman and firefighters whenever he has a public policy speech to make whenever debt ceiling decisions must be made is laughable. Our president would rather manipulate the American people. He would rather pull at our emotions than speak to the reality of the situation, and that is to address the true situation which is government spending. It is not Republicans preventing funds from helping the poor and under privileged. This not Republicans obstructing environmental legislation, this is about a President who refuse to operate within a budget. This is about a party (the Democrats) who must lie, cheat, and misrepresent reality, in order to make their case to the people rather than tell the truth. Why? If Democrats allow objective reality to enter into the picture, the public will see exactly what the truth is, and they will see through the lies that have been used to influence public.

Freeing yourself from the harnesses of tyranny

If the people realize just how well they can do without the federal government, how well they can do without government agencies interfering in their lives, how well they can exist without high taxes and heavy regulations, the spell will be broken. When the people find out they can live better and more prosperously without the Democratic government breathing down their neck with un-needed hand-outs, regulations, and higher taxes, you will have a self-reliant population who are happily independent and don’t need the heavy handed influence of liberal federal government. Just like a horse released from its restraints and allowed to graze on his own, so will American citizens when they find how well they can do apart from the suffocating influence of Democratic government policies that make everyone a victim and recipient instead of an independent and self-sufficient person capable of living free of dependency and free to realize his potential!
