Smart Meter (SM) technology is something most consumers may not be familiar with. However, just because the ‘smart’ label is attached to a technology, that doesn’t imply the technology is in the best interest of consumers’ overall health.  

Think again, especially when it comes to new ‘smart’ electric, gas, or water meters that are AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) SMs, which can do a few things consumers really may not be aware of and which really are NOT very smart safety-wise. 

SMs send RFs (Radiofrequency non-ionizing radiation) into the homes they are retrofitted on; 

SMs collect information from within the home—even have the capability to record conversations, plus monitoring various appliances, occupancy times, etc.; 

SMs then transmit your in-house personal data via microwaves to utility company home offices, which is house wiretapping without a legal search warrant. 

SM technologies can be hacked into, but that’s something utility companies may not have addressed before installing a ‘recording spy’ on to your house. 

If you are not familiar with SM technology and what it can do, an independent researcher shared this information with me and asked that I publish it. So, below are some quick reference points to know. 

SMART METERS RESEARCH SUMMARY 

Some equate the politics behind and employed by the vaccine industry, which are leading toward tyrannical vaccine mandates, as also being employed by the energy industry. Once again, corporate greed – the profit motive at public expense – seems to be rearing its gluttonous monstrous head. And like the many fraudulent clinical trials passing as science within vaccinology, unchecked microwave science corruption is pervasive. Apparently, unpromulgated regulation is allowed to pose as legitimate law for smart meter installation. In the end, both violate human rights, plus damage public and environmental health. All these facts have been fully documented and verified by many professionals, insiders and whistleblowers in the Take Back Your Power documentary, among myriad other sources of journalistic reporting. 
UNPROMULGATED REGULATION 

Kathy Kolich, Attorney No. 92203, Counsel for Metropolitan Edison Company, Pennsylvania Electric Company, Pennsylvania Power Company, and West Penn Power Company in an August 20, 2012 petition to Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission:  Part III Section a, p. 3, states: The PUC did not adhere to the formalities required to adopt a “regulation” and as a consequence, the August 3 Implementation Order does not have the “force of law” that attends a regulation. [CJF emphasis added] ….if orders are so interpreted, then they are illegal because they are in the nature of unpromulgated regulations. 

VIOLATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS 

Smart meters monitor private activities and events occurring in/on each property retrofitted with an SM. Such installations, without owner consent, are and shall be violations of the U.S. Constitution BOR 4th Amendment; the U.S. Code Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 119 Sec. 2511 (wiretapping), and U.S.C. Title 18, Sec. 351(e) (assault) and numerous other laws and protections, i.e., for criminal trespass, stalking, battery, public endangerment, pollution, damage to property values – and most notably – when smart meters explode and catch on fire.  

All customers with smart meters apparently are having their electric usage data sold to third parties for profit-making marketing schemes along with apparent spying purposes without their consent, as confirmed by former NSA senior executive Thomas Drake, turned whistleblower.

Customers with smart meters across the country – and the world – have received fraudulent billings with exponential increases resulting from the malfunction of these devices to measure actual electric power usage. Stanford University students were able to prove that, as documented in Take Back Your Power. Yet, these meters are marketed as cost-effective and cost-saving – nothing short of a bald-face misleading public relations campaign. 

Many customers with SMs around the country have had their identities stolen because SM security vulnerability and hackability, which also affect power supply, as confirmed by James Woolsey, former CIA Director during the Take Back Your Power documentary interview. 

DAMAGE TO PUBLIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH 

Adverse health effects from electromagnetic radiation begin at 0.05 units. Smart meters emit 7.93 units per cm squared one foot away, split into 10,000-190,000 pulses, each at 4.5 millisecond in duration every few seconds, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks in the year—with no let up!

The above data is confirmed by Dr David Carpenter, Harvard Medical School and founder of the University of Albany School of Public Health, NY. Dr Carpenter has authored 220 publications.  

One foot away from SMs for two minutes of exposure causes red blood cells to become abnormal and broken, as reported by Dr Frank Springob.

People with SMs on their homes have inflammatory markers in their blood – TGF Beta 1, MMP-9, and copper, which increase, while neurotransmitters and hormone levels become abnormal, as discussed by Dietrich Klinghardt, MD, PhD. 

Over 6,000 scientific studies have been conducted since the 1930s, which document adverse human health effects from microwaves and radiofrequency non-ionizing radiation, including the 1972 U.S. Navy report,  Bibliography of Reported Biological Phenomena (‘Effects’) and Clini.... 

Richard H Conrad, PhD, contends

No research or testing have been done on the effects of SM emissions on humans, with the exception of three different surveys which report human sensitization to smart meter emissions resulting in unusual and severe: insomnia, headaches, tinnitus and heart arrhythmias. [1] 

Fifty-four experts from 20 countries raised red flags about SM RFs in 2012. To maintain the corporate agenda, however, Motorola deliberately ignored and apparently subverted Dr Jerry L Phillips’ research on DNA damage at the University of Colorado [2], as revealed in the Take Back Your Power documentary. Numerous negative environmental impacts also are documented.  Public Utility Commissions and State Departments of Health have failed to warn customers of the threat to health and safety from radiofrequency non-ionizing radiation and to exercise the Precautionary Principle. 

The Tide is Slowly Turning 

In California, where smart meters were first installed, 57 local ordinances have now opposed installation.  

A total of thirty-five states have organized opposition in the USA. Germany, Bulgaria, Brazil, Egypt, and Australia have smart meter protests on the rise. 

France and Israel will no longer allow Wi-Fi in elementary classrooms. 

How to Protect Yourself from SM RF Radiation 

There are devices available that can provide some shielding, but probably no one can guarantee 100% RF protection. Readers may want to do your research to find what suits your needs.
