President Obama's fiscal 2011 budget will generate nearly $10 trillion in cumulative budget deficits over the next 10 years, $1.2 trillion more than the administration projected, and raise the federal debt to 90 percent of the nation's economic output by 2020, the Congressional Budget Office reported Thursday.
In its 2011 budget, which the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) released Feb. 1, the administration projected a 10-year deficit total of $8.53 trillion. After looking it over, CBO said in its final analysis, released Thursday, that the president's budget would generate a combined $9.75 trillion in deficits over the next decade.
"An additional $1.2 trillion in debt dumped on [GDP] to our children makes a huge difference," said Brian Riedl, a budget analyst at the conservative Heritage Foundation. "That represents an additional debt of $10,000 per household above and beyond the federal debt they are already carrying."

There is no room in the battle nor debate for violence against politicians.
With that said, Democrats jammed through a bill going against the majority of Americans, knowing full well the opposition held the majority and did so simply because they could in order to further their own agenda.
I am not saying they deserve to be terrorized, not at all, but they damned well pushed so hard that they had to know some would push back, even in a manner that is abhorrent to those of us that believe the push back should be done legally.
So while we do not condone those violent actions, nor the threats against politicians, I do think Democrats violated their oath to represent the people and unfortunately some people react horribly to being violated.

Citizens’ groups have now been freed to speak out in elections thanks to a unanimous “en banc” ruling today by all nine active judges on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals. This is the first major application of the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in Citizens United v. FEC, which expanded the free speech rights of corporations and unions to participate in elections.
Holding that, under Citizens United, “the government has no anti-corruption interest in limiting contributions to an independent expenditure group,” Chief Judge David Sentelle, in an opinion joined by all eight other judges on the D.C. Circuit, struck down federal campaign finance laws that made it practically impossible for new and independent groups of individuals to join together and advocate for the election or defeat of political candidates.
“This is a tremendous victory for free speech,” said Institute for Justice Senior Attorney Steve Simpson, who argued the case before the D.C. Circuit. “This decision ensures that all Americans can band together to make their voices heard during elections.”

Many have asked us what they can do now to help elect Republicans in November. As a practical matter, we have to wait until the Republican candidate is chosen in a primary election. Fortunately, Illinois has already held a primary election and Texas has held the first round with any required runoff races to be held on April 13th. We will only look at races where we feel the Republican candidate has a decent chance of beating the Democrat incumbent.
Illinois has four competitive races against Republican incumbents so we will look at one of those today
Representative Bean carried this district by a 21.44% margin in 2008 while McCain-Palin were losing by an 12.82% margin. The former Republican incumbent, Philip M. Crane, was beaten by her in 2004. He had represented this district since 1992. Rep. Bean has made the mistake of voting for Obama care twice even after being targeted by the National GOP for her vote the first time. This has moved her into range in the quite possible group for the Republicans to take this seat.

Obama's public statements have conveyed the impression that the new protections for kids were more

President Obama's recently passed health-care reform legislation includes a surprise for many Americans – a beefing up of a U.S. Public Health Service reserve force and expectations that it respond on short notice to "routine public health and emergency response missions," even involuntarily.
According to Section 5210 of HR 3590, titled "Establishing a Ready Reserve Corps," the force must be ready for "involuntary calls to active duty during national emergencies and public health crises."
The health-care legislation adds millions of dollars for recruitment and amends Section 203 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 204), passed July 1, 1944, during Franklin D. Roosevelt's presidency. The U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps is one of the seven uniformed services in the U.S. However, Obama's changes more than double the wording of the Section 203 and dub individuals who are currently classified as officers in the Reserve Corps commissioned officers of the Regular Corps.
'You've been served!" Send the Constitution to Obama, Pelosi, Reid and put them on notice. What better way to tell them why they're losing their jobs?
The following is the previous wording of the act as of 2004, before Democrats passed the health-care legislation:
Wording of Section 203 of Public Health Service Act before Obamacare amendment The U.S. Public Health Service website describes its commissioned corps as "an elite team of more than 6,000 full-time, well-trained, highly qualified public health professionals dedicated to delivering the nation's public health promotion and disease prevention programs and advancing public health science."
According to its mission page, officers of the commissioned corps may:
Provide essential public health and health care services to underserved and disadvantaged populations
Prevent and control injury and the spread of disease
Ensure that the nation's food supply, drinking water, drugs, medical devices and environment are safe
Conduct and support cutting-edge research for the prevention, treatment and elimination of disease, health disparities and injury
Work with other nations and international agencies to address global health challenges
Provide urgently needed public health and clinical expertise in response to large-scale local, regional and national public health emergencies and disasters
Members are trained to respond to public health situations and national emergency events, such as natural disasters, disease outbreaks and terrorist attacks.
As stated in the health-care legislation, "The purpose of the Ready Reserve Corps is to fulfill the need to have additional Commissioned Corps personnel available on short notice (similar to the uniformed service's reserve program) to assist regular Commissioned Corps personnel to meet both routine public health and emergency response missions The Democrats' legislation recently added the following text to Section 203 of the Public Health Service Act:
'(b) Assimilating Reserve Corp Officers Into the Regular Corps- Effective on the date of enactment of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, all individuals classified as officers in the Reserve Corps under this section (as such section existed on the day before the date of enactment of such Act) and serving on active duty shall be deemed to be commissioned officers of the Regular Corps.
'(c) Purpose and Use of Ready Research-
'(2) USES- The Ready Reserve Corps shall--
'(A) participate in routine training to meet the general and specific needs of the Commissioned Corps;
'(B) be available and ready for involuntary calls to active duty during national emergencies and public health crises, similar to the uniformed service reserve personnel;
'(C) be available for backfilling critical positions left vacant during deployment of active duty Commissioned Corps members, as well as for deployment to respond to public health emergencies, both foreign and domestic; and
'(D) be available for service assignment in isolated, hardship, and medically underserved communities (as defined in section 799B) to improve access to health services.
'(d) Funding- For the purpose of carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the Commissioned Corps under this section, there are authorized to be appropriated $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2010 through 2014 for recruitment and training and $12,500,000 for each of fiscal years 2010 through 2014 for the Ready Reserve Corps.'
Commissioned officers of the ready reserve corps are appointed by the president, and commissioned officers of the regular corps are appointed by the president with the advice and consent of the Senate.
Robert Book, a senior research fellow in health economics at the Heritage Foundation, said the service has been around some time but is not well known.
In the past, its responsibilities have included work related to the National Institutes of Health, the Indian health service and providing physicians for Coast Guard operations, he said.
As first reported by WND during his campaign, Obama called for a "civilian national security force" July 2, 2008, in Colorado Springs, Colo.
"We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set," he said. "We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded."
WND also reported in January when a Rand Corporation report proposed the federal government create a rapid deployment "Stabilization Police Force" that would be tasked with "shaping an environment before a conflict" and restoring order in times of war, natural disaster or national emergency.

Amnesty for illegals is another step by Obama towards making the U.S. a third world country. After amnesty, the number working in certain jobs wit increase a lot, and Illegals will start to control hiring. The problem wit that is that only those speaking their language will be hired. There is also a racist aspect behind amnesty. (Perhaps you think La Raza is not racist?.)
The 11 million illegals will swell to many millions more, and current U.S. citizens will lose many entry level jobs. If someone leaves high school in a couple of years, and goes looking for a job, he will only get those jobs like cleaning toilets that the illegals don't want. Amnesty is another step back towards the Depression of the 1930's.

According to my interpretation: No state can legislate a law or institute a state constitutional amendment that would prevent the federal congress/pres. from imposing a treaty's law on to the people of every state of the union.

Many Americans died in the loss of that battle. If an armed revolution ensues, many of us will die, do so with honor. But keep something in the back of your mind - watch Red Dawn - where the high school kids took the materiel/guns/clothing/boots/food of the dead enemy. They took weapons whenever possible.
