Here in this quiet little redneck town, it's starting to make a bit of noise. Some bizarre events here the past 3-4 weeks have made me take notice. I have an idea what the cause is

1st event transpired about 3 weeks ago, involving a guy I've known since age 10. This spoiled prick grew up w/ a wealthy father so he pretty much was handed everything to him. William was a natural born thief, even with having everything given to him, he started a burglary career that went on till his death. Now he was a roofer and had a legitimate biz, but the guy had this obsession w/ B&E into anything. He was an alcoholic, he didnt do weed, but did the hard shit (Meth,Coke,etc), and 1/2 gallons of Liquor. He was in a word word- "Crazy" His wife was petrified to leave him, theres even a rumor of him tying his sister to a chair and beating on her for hours.......all over Daddy's will....who btw, is still around. Wife finally left him about a month ago, and there were restraining orders so he couldn't go and hassle her. He was already a felon, and not supposed to have a gun. Well one day he drives to her work, stands outside, hollers a few times, then pops a cap over the roofline, Cops are called, and now theres a car chase. He manages to drive back out to his house (meanwhile calling Dad while driving and saying that he loves him, and its probably over), He gets into his driveway, gets out w/ gun in hand, by this time the law is whipping in around him, he takes a shot @ a cop, and cop returns fire, killing him. Well it wasn't a shocking surprise to most here, including me. I always thought something similar was going to happen to this idiot. 

Today, I get a phone call from somebody who is frantic and telling me that the Cumberland County Cops just shot a person dead I grew up with as well. Benny was a rebel as well, totally friggin wide open all his life. Now because this just happened, I have no details of it yet. BUT, here's the plot twist folks....

Benny was having an affair w/ Williams wife for the past year or so. Now here's my theory on all the craziness.

METHAMPHETAMINE!!!!

Never went to the family viewing night for WIlliam, (hated that moron) but couple people I know went and they were saying that William's wife looked horrible, all of about 85 lbs, tired lookin, etc. Well I know there was a little meth ring going on there few years ago in his area, and of course he was all involved in it. Benny did it, the Wife did it...need I say more? I just think this was a definite contributing factor to these events. Just bizarre that both these guys w/ the common denominator of the "Mrs" involved here, were both taken out in a final stand against the law. William to me, sounded like he was planning a "Suicide by Cop" scenario...Maybe Benny too, I will find out.
