TEPCO says they don’t know what to do if Reactor 4 collapses, instead declaring it safe from earthquakes after finding it leaning and with a bulged exterior wall.

They are nuts ALL of them the Russians knew the danger and covered their reactor before it spread around the world. but the wind cought it anyway. they still risked their lives to cover it so the planet will be safe. TEPCO on the other hand knows the dangers it seems to me that "higher-ups" are making the calls here not to cover the reactor. commom sense say to cover it. why they are not is beyond me.

It begs the question, do the elite possess clean up technology, and this is the means of clearing the planet?
