The 2^nd Amendment the Final Line in the Sand

I use to be a Deputy with several years of service, and I can tell you as a Nation the 2^nd Amendment is the final battle line for America! I’ve seen laws passed like the ones for Family Violence which are designed to infringe on your 2^nd Amendment rights. Now you can loose your gun rights if you commit a misdemeanor! Being an ex Law Enforcement Officer I understand what their doing taking these small steps towards finding ways to under mined our 2^nd Amendment Rights with the notion of keeping us safe! The best way to keep us safe is a Law abiding armed citizen! Here’s what are Founding Fathers have to say about this:

We have already lost the 1^st Amendment when the only way to Redress A Grievance against the Government is being put in a free speech zone with barbed wire all around you with Police Officers pointing M4’s at you! That’s not what I call freedom of speech! I call that TYRANNY!

We have already lost the 4^th Amendment Right with the passage of the Patriot Act, and with check points springing up all around the Country!

Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism (USA PATRIOT ACT) Act of 2001 (Enrolled Bill (Sent to President))

SEC. 213. AUTHORITY FOR DELAYING NOTICE OF THE EXECUTION OF A WARRANT.

Section 3103a of title 18, United States Code, is amended--

(1) by inserting `(a) IN GENERAL- ' before `In addition'; and

(2) by adding at the end the following:

`(b) DELAY- With respect to the issuance of any warrant or court order under this section, or any other rule of law, to search for and seize any property or material that constitutes evidence of a criminal offense in violation of the laws of the United States, any notice required, or that may be required, to be given may be delayed if--

`(1) the court finds reasonable cause to believe that providing immediate notification of the execution of the warrant may have an adverse result (as defined in section 2705);

`(2) the warrant prohibits the seizure of any tangible property, any wire or electronic communication (as defined in section 2510), or, except as expressly provided in chapter 121, any stored wire or electronic information, except where the court finds reasonable necessity for the seizure; and

`(3) the warrant provides for the giving of such notice within a reasonable period of its execution, which period may thereafter be extended by the court for good cause shown.'.

We have lost due process also through the NDAA where American Citizens can be confined forever without due process of law!

As I noted here last year, a number of narrow provisions to the NDAA made by the 112th Congress did little to improve its most controversial amendments relating to Gitmo and indefinite detention. A provision put forward by Sen. Dianne Feinstein with the ostensible aim of ending indefinite military detention for U.S. citizens, which was an ineffectual amendment at best, was eventually stripped from the final 2013 NDAA anyway. One minor change was made to shorten the length of the bill’s prohibition on transferring Guantánamo detainees to the U.S. to one fiscal year, instead of the open-ended ban in the original version. Now they have their sights on the 2^nd Amendment, and we must all join together to fight this final assault! Battle lines have been drawn, and this is the Patriot’s last stand as they keep advancing on what little rights we have left. You cant even question the recent shootings without fear of being jailed or harassed. I don’t call that freedom of speech!

Facebook Suspends Account For Questioning Official Narrative on Shooting

Despite the fact that the mainstream media got key facts wrong in early reporting

Facebook is suspending user accounts that question the official narrative behind the Sandy Hook school massacre, following a warning by Connecticut State Police spokesman Lt. J. Paul Vance that “misinformation” posted on social media sites could result in prosecution.

An image posted in the aftermath of the shootings that questioned whether “a clumsy 20-year-old autistic kid” could have pulled off the murders of 26 people was deleted and the user’s account hit with a three day suspension.

“I was informed the reason for this punishment was the result of a meme I had shared,” writes the editor of SecretsOfTheFed.com. “Facebook told me it “…violates Facebook’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities”. I was further warned that “If you continue to abuse Facebook’s features, your account could be permanently disabled.”

On Saturday, Connecticut state police warned that people posting “misinformation” on social media websites would be “investigated and prosecuted.”

However, this threat could apply to the vast majority of the mainstream media, who in their haste to get out ahead of the story reported numerous details that soon turned out to be completely incorrect.

- It was initially reported that Adam Lanza’s mother, the first victim of the rampage, was a teacher at the school, which was not true.

- It was initially reported that Lanza had also killed his father, which was not true.

This is the final line in the sand! I pray that we will keep our 2^nd Amendment Right! May God grant us the wisdom and courage to make this final stand for our Republic!
