The 4 Rules You Should Follow To Avoid Eating GMOs

The 4 Rules To Follow

1) Stay away from anything that has soy, because 99.9% of the soy that is produced in this country is genetically modified.

2) If you see an ingredient with anything that says “hydrogenated (fill in the blank)” do not eat this product. The genetic structure has been scientifically altered, and is something that your body does not recognize. (EG Skippy Peanut Butter)

3) Stay away from anything with artificial sweeteners, as this is legal poison. For example: Aspartame, Sucralose, Saccharine, Splenda.

4) High Fructose Corn Syrup is something you should stay away from at all cost, as it is another form of genetically modified sweetener that not only makes you fat, but more so messes with your hormones.

If the food has the Non-GMO Project Verified sticker on the label it is safe to eat, and has no traces of GMOs in the food.  Here is what the Non-GMO Project Verified sticker will look like

That's okay for GMOs. Saccharine is a coal tar product afaik, so no GMOs there but nothing good for the body either.  We use xylitol (non GM) and stevia for our sweeteners mostly and grade B maple syrup occasionally. But we know that there's other things to be concerned about too like sodium benzoate, sodium nitrite, artificial colors, titanium dioxide, etc.. Buying USDA Organic is a good way too to avoid GMOs. Most corn, sugar beets, canola oil are GM these day. I think, over time, all corn and canola will become GM as the pollen from a GM crop can drift for hundreds of miles to infect a non-GM crop. IOW, GM crops cannot peacefully co-exist with non-GM crops. So, even corn grown by organic farmers will be converted to GM. Same with canola and other plants that have been made into GM plants by the monstrous company called Monsanto and its brethren.

As a rule of thumb I might add to that list, if you can't pronounce it you probably shouldn't eat it.

Epicyte, Calif. Biotech Co., Making Corn Containing Spermicde  ~A small California biotech company, Epicyte, in 2001 announced the development of genetically engineered corn which contained a spermicide which made the semen of men who ate it sterile. and other news

It later came out that the Rockefeller Foundation along with the Rockefeller’s Population Council, the World Bank (home to CGIAR), and the United States’ National Institutes of Health had been involved in a 20-year-long project begun in 1972 to develop the concealed abortion vaccine with a tetanus carrier for WHO. In addition, the Government of Norway, the host to the Svalbard Doomsday Seed Vault, donated $41 million to develop the special abortive Tetanus vaccine. 12

Better yet, buy only organic fruits, vegetables, dairy and meats.  Buy only glass jarred products like cold press extra virgin olive oil.  Wild game is best, make sure the animal looks healthy first.  Learn how to can your food.  It makes for a quick meal after canning.  Use pure soap like Ivory 99.99% pure soap bars.  Do not put anything on your skin that you would not eat.  Your skin is like your stomach only major difference is it has no acid and absorbs much slower.  If you must smoke, grow your own tobacco and cannabis.  Tobacco is legal to grow for your own use and so is cannabis if you are in a state that allows it's use.  Check local laws.  Get about an hour of sun a day if possible over as much of your body as possible.  The Sun is one of the best sources of vitamin D and you cannot over dose on vitamin D from the Sun.  Wear a full brim hat (like a cowboy hat) to protect you head and face.  Your face will wrinkle faster than any other part of your body and the hat will prevent sun stroke.  Your head and neck region are the warmest parts of your body and need the most protection from over heating.

If we all stop buying poisonous products, no matter how cheap they are, industry will bend to our needs and stop making the horrible garbage or they will go out of business.

Canning is easy.  For example, after using your store bought pickle jar, clean and use it to store any homemade soups, beans, etc.  While still hot, after cooking place the food in the jars and seal tightly, let cool to room temperature on the counter.  After cooling to room temperature store in the refrigerator.  I have stored, from scratch, tomato sauce, New England Clam Chowder, Boston Baked Beans, Meats and stews in this manner.  I have stored, for more than 6 months all canned goods in this manner.  Make sure the lid is tight and use your nose when opening to see if still fresh.  Common sense and using the senses is all you need.

Bon appetite!
