The 4 Rules To Follow
1) Stay away from anything that has soy, because 99.9% of the soy that is produced in this country is genetically modified.
2) If you see an ingredient with anything that says “hydrogenated (fill in the blank)” do not eat this product. The genetic structure has been scientifically altered, and is something that your body does not recognize. (EG Skippy Peanut Butter)
3) Stay away from anything with artificial sweeteners, as this is legal poison. For example: Aspartame, Sucralose, Saccharine, Splenda.
4) High Fructose Corn Syrup is something you should stay away from at all cost, as it is another form of genetically modified sweetener that not only makes you fat, but more so messes with your hormones.

your very welcome Hughman~ sometimes if we keep it simple its a little easier ~ I think many people feel so overwhelmed they just give up and give in and hunger usually wins ~ so if we start by just reading labels and avoiding what we know has GMO were way ahead of many people who don't even care ~ I hope this simplify's it ~ i know sometimes when i am in a regular grocery store i get so discouraged looking for something as simple as organic butter ~last time i needed butter when i finally found it ~ it was surrounded by rows and rows and rows of all the other stuff ~ one tiny section has one organic brand ~ when i really stood back and looked at that one product surrounded by all the BIG CORPORATIONS what i saw was a ray of hope ~ at least there was the power of ONE and it felt good to support a better choice ~ even if it did cost a little more in my opinion i ask how much is your life worth? If there is more demand the prices would go down and level out making it more affordable for all ;)
