---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Eternal life for free? I do not believe that was the focus of my initial interest or query. Nor do I have the desire to become the backstop to anyone's pontification. I respectfully request to avoid any dogmatic entanglements for the sake of debate. However you are free to say whatever you like, and please, by all means speak candidly.

Here is what I find to be true 99% of the time. Religious followers have a tendency to lock themselves into this figurative room of their cultures religion and presume to know the truth of our existence. From their little room with walls and no skyline they presume to preach "the truth" about the heavens; the truth of our existence and of the world, visions of the future -- all from their little room. Meanwhile, next to them in their little room, is another isolationist locked in their figurative room of their cultures religion, shouting from the doorway their proverbial truth. They all shout so loud from their doors that a funny thing happens. Because they never leave their figurative comfort zone, they never truly see one another. And with all the shouting they never take the time to listen.

They presume to know based on their bias. They blindly grasp at what they want to believe and they miss out on the very thing they so desire to see.

Now anyone here can claim to have studied all of the worlds religions and the history of these religions. They can say they have taken a liberal arts approach. They can stand behind scientific method acknowledging all the while that condemnation without investigation is the height of ignorance. They can claim to have covered all bases. Whether that is true or not is reflected in your sentiments often unbeknownst to most others including yourself.

If it is truth you seek, then do not presume to know how to move the earth from an island. However, if it is comfort you seek then stay on that island.

I think you misunderstood I wasn't debating your posts truthfulness at all just saying it all comes down to their men with guns enforcing their pile of paper called laws verses us and our guns saying they can shove it. One side will win one will lose. I think people spend way to much time diving into minutia when it all comes down to a simple fight between the two sides.

The Illuminati is real.  The order of control literally goes from the supernatural to the Black Pope (Jesuits), to the Illuminati 13 families, to the Political Zionist and world servers.    It is a masonic conspiracy from generations ago.    It is extremely well organized and carried out with virtual precision.  Two Russian Revolutions, Three world wars were all planned out before 1871 by Albert Pike.   Clinton Roosevelt (ancestor to FDR) plagiarized a planning document by Adam Weishaupt earlier and Roosevelt called it the "The Science of Government Founded on Natural Law" in 1841 and passed it to Karl Marx to rewrite and basically plagiarize it to become his "Communist Manifesto".   Books lie about this document.

The truth is we are a bunch of humans on a rock revolving around a star, laws are just paper with writing on them. All that below is only real if you let it be real, I'm a free man and this country belongs to whomever has the balls to back up the claim.

The truth of the matter is the following:

1.  We are still a colony of England, like Canada and Australia.   We never won our independence and have remained a colony ever since.

2.  We as Americans are in fact literally traded on the stock market with a Birth Certificate and Property ID number commonly called a SSN.    This happened ever since the traitor named FDR pledged every American with a Birth Cert. and SSN as collateral in a national debt since 1933.

3.  All religions are controlled by the Vatican from Rome.

4.  The religions are covertly under the states control, literally telling them what to preach via the National Council of Churches (formerly the Federal Council of churches) by using the 501 C3 as a hammer.

5.  Literally all of our 43 presidents are in fact in the same specific family tree.

6.  The world wide conspiracy is ages old and handled by the Black Pope, 13 Illuminati family, Jesuits, Political Zionist (fake jews), and high level Masons.

7.  Most all evangelist who are word faith, charismatic, prosperity teaching, are frauds.    They are teaching wrong doctrine.

This is only scratching the surface

A book I highly recommend is American Theocracy by Kevin Phillips.  Sub: The peril and politics of radical religion, oil, and borrowed money in the 21st century.  Written while Bush was still in office, Phillips predicted the financial crises.

@"Government without religion is communism."

Imagine what this country would look like with out the drug war, given to us by the religious drug warriors imposing their primitive morals on us. Imagine how much safer we would be if the zionist imbeciles didn't sell us out to Israel, just think how different our foreign policy would be if AIPAC and the Israel lobbyists had no pull with the gullible simpletons who believe somehow that the people in that little country are the "Gods chosen people" whom need our unconditional support!!

Your premise that religion keeps Government moral is flawed though I understand where your coming from as it use to be true. The one group I see supporting torture the most is the religious right the conservatives. The ones who supported Bush and WMD's in Iraq and now want to bomb Iran etc. Religion needs to be removed from government, though the BS of removing crosses from cemeterys, the ten commandments from courts and prayer from schools is ridiculous. What I mean is we need to remove this religious two faced ideology of we're for secret rendition, torture, extra-judicial assassination, drone strikes with massive collateral but don't you dare smoke a joint or we'll kick your door in shoot your dog maybe you as well and if you survive that how does a few years in a cage sound? Makes loads of sense gotta love the religious vote in America!!

@Krypke, then the question becomes how much government. At the present, we have way too much of it.  The US is a secular government, not a communist one (at least not yet) and I certainly would not want to live in a theocracy.  As for morality, some believe it comes from religion while others believe it comes from our humanity.  Philosophy and history I agree are very important. Unfortunately in the US, philosophy has been replaced by pop culture and our history has been revised and sanitized.  Is there now or at some time in the past a government that you would consider a model where the four pillars were in harmony?

@Thomas. That's great! Post a link.

@Nikki, without government you have anarchy. Government without religion is communism. So the short answer is yes, both government and religion are required to some degree. As I stated they are the twin pillars of society, whereas the other two pillars would be philosophy and history.  Without government and religion, you have no societal structure or moral tenets bounding men and woman to virtue, as I stated earlier. Philosophy teaches us how to think, and history holds us accountable in the present to not make the mistakes of the past and learn from our predecessors.

@Krypke, should government and religion be the pillars of society and why?

@ Vince. I repeat, there can never be a winner in this debate. There will always be failure when discussing religion because everyone is set in their own beliefs and they can't see the other person's side no matter how persuasive the argument.  This goes to their emotional core and that's why many have been willing to die for their religion.  And I never singled you out for letting the elites win...I mean the arguing that divides people is what allows them to win.
