HOW CAN A THINKING PERSON LOOK AT THESE 2 MAPS AND NOT HAVE QUESTIONS...JUST BECAUSE THE OVERHEAD MAP OF THE "WEST FLORISSANT AVENUE GREAT STREETS MASTER PLAN" IS ORIENTED WITH NORTH TO THE LEFT DOESNT MEAN THE TWO MAPS CANT BE COMPARED...WTF??

If Florissant street is also the main drag, then it is less of a conspiracy as the main street is also where protests will happen in any situation.
As for the fires the greatest concentration of wealth also lies on main street as these are the businesses. (So do the insurance frauds by the owners) and this is the most common location for arson as well.
In a town like Ferguson with a population like Ferguson it is not a surprise that all of these variables fall along that route.

Florissant is the same place the burnings happened at.. I'm not sure what all of those symbols mean in the upper photo..The one below is fires only...the map is turned sideways to show the same area as in the document at the link
