We’ve seen it over and over again how the law never seems to apply to the Democrats. They can commit perjury and get away with it. They can commit treason and get away with it. They can be sexually promiscuous and get away with it, but nobody else is allowed to though! We know that a double standard in justice now exists with the DOJ populated with Obama appointees and AG Merrick Garland, the little coward who sits back and orders heavily armed ATF teams to terrorize parents who attend school board meetings because of scumbags who want to allow sexual content in school curriculum. We’ve seen him order FBI raids on people who didn’t even attend on Capitol Hill on January sixth alleged insurrection but it was alright for children to be traumatized by armed agents pointing guns at them.

The new solution to prosecution

There’s a new style of litigation now that fends off investigations over blatant law breaking. When you get caught red handed just sue for a billion dollars and like a silver cross to a vampire, suddenly the righteous investigation stalls or goes away because the other party doesn’t have donors willing to put up the money for a true criminal hearing and trial. You might recall Kamala Harris when holding office in California used her position to litigate against Project Veritas when they blew the whistle on Planned Parenthood for selling baby parts to laboratories and making good money at it too! Why not use taxpayer’s money to make up a frivolous lawsuit?

Recipe to further corruption

When two Dominion voting machines were examined after the stolen 2020 Presidential election they were discovered to be stealing a certain percentage of Trump and GOP votes as it registered the polling results. When a subpoena was issued to Dominion for further investigation of their machines, Dominion slapped a lawsuit on the investigators which quickly cooled their heels and made it too costly to pursue the blatant criminality. Lawsuits were also issued by other parties being investigated for suspected vote tampering with the same response. Just file a lawsuit and you’ll be fine even if you are guilty of the allegations! Even when there is absolute proof such as Hunter’s laptop evidence you can counter sue as Hunter Biden is attempting to punish the computer store small business owner who doesn’t have the fund to defend himself when a crackhead drops off a laptop at his store, doesn’t pay the bill, and then finds evidence on it that he thinks the FBI would be interested in!

Was it really about reputation?

Fox News a multi-million dollar industry leading cable news outlet even gets sued by Dominion for defamation? Are you kidding me? Their machines were proven corrupted! However, there’s that old successful formula again! Just level a huge lawsuit at someone just for reporting the truth in America now and it’s a win for you especially when you’re guilty as sin! Fox settles a billion dollar lawsuit for 787 million? Why not fight it and subpoena the machines in question? Oh yea, that’s right, Dominion has had time enough to erase the evidence! Yet, here’s another twist to the story Blackrock owns stock in both Fox and Dominion more than 50% of the shares! Now, was Blackrock merely suing themselves?

Summation

Something has got to be done about leveling the playing field when it comes to upholding the law. Either Democrat lawmakers refuse to prosecute obvious law breaking by their own kind or when they’re caught red handed they simply use the immense resources of their corporate woke donors to fight a war of attrition in court. In Washington DC the statute of limitations for violations that would put you and I in prison for years goes away in 2 to 3 years so it’s just a matter of stalling and delaying until the time is up. Yep, our legislators have it all figured out so they can escape prosecution whenever the rare occasion occurs when they actually have to answer for their corruption!
