They (and their mercenaries and the proxy useful fools) aren't going to end up in jail.

The most they can hope for will be a quick death.

There will be retribution, the like of which, will have never been seen before.

They will have nowhere to run or hide.

They won't be able to buy anyone off or threaten them anymore.

These psychopaths are playing all or nothing.

They see it as 'if they can't win, then everyone loses'

Don't forget they have probably wired most major cities with nukes or have nukes aimed at them.  

There will be no fence sitters in coming times.

One day they will all end up in jail but they won't know what day where or when, they will set up to hide but they will fail because the damage will be go great and their survival chances will be so slim. They better hope people are kind and do send them to jail asap.
