Yes it does.
Look at 28 U.S. Code Section 3002 – Definitions. This section states that the UNITED STATES is a Federal Corporation. Google it and see for yourself. Congress is the Board of Directors.
This corporation is bankrupt and civilly dead. It does not exist in law. See House Joint Resolution 192, 73rd Congress, May 9th 1933.
