If you plan to relocate go for the mountain areas of western Virginia away from high population dense areas and check the status of the towns or areas that you are interested in.

you get taxed twice...once by the Town limit line the structures within at, and once by the County it resides in....Saying fak all that noise, after 5 years of this horseshit, with no improvements? ...Unless of course ya count the new & improved Town Water pressure system (they've had to repair 3 times, SILENTLY), now pushing it's filthy filtered crap cancer water at an astounding 15,000 psi.....showers are awesome...until ya think about whats coming out of the head ;)
