SUBJECT: The Evolution of USA Law into Hanky-Panky

INTRODUCTION:  The American Born Citizens have very little knowledge about their own legal system, because they are trained to just “obey the leaders”.  Therefore, their “belief system” includes the idea that the Department of Justice is supposed to control justice for our nation.  That is a lie.  Americans are also taught that “ignorance of the Law is no excuse”.  Shall we continue with some revelation knowledge?  Can you learn new facts and gain new understanding?

FIRST:  What are the basic definitions of the terms – Law, Color of Law, Common Law, and Rule of Law?

Modern LAW – A body of rules of conduct of binding legal force and effect, prescribed, recognized, and enforced by controlling authority. In U.S. law, the word law refers to any rule that if broken subjects a party to criminal punishment or civil liability.

COLOR of LAW:  Color of Law. The appearance of a legal right. The act of a state officer, regardless of whether or not the act is within the limits of his or her authority, is considered an act under color of law if the officer purports to be conducting himself or herself in the course of official duties.

COMMON LAW:  The ancient law of England based upon societal customs and recognized and enforced by the judgments and decrees of the courts. The general body of statutes and case law that governed England and the American colonies prior to the American Revolution.

RULE of LAW: In a third context the term means rule according to a higher law. No written law may be enforced by the government unless it conforms with certain unwritten, universal principles of fairness, morality, and justice that transcend human legal systems. …Under the rule of law, no person may be prosecuted for an act that is not punishable by law. When the government seeks to punish someone for an offense that was not deemed criminal at the time it was committed, the rule of law is violated because the government exceeds its legal authority to punish. SECOND:  What is the U.S. Code?

U.S. Code – In 1874, the United States of America consolidated their statutes and published them as a set of revised statutes but by 1926, when the US Code came into being, the revised statutes become difficult to sort out because a significant number of statutes had been added since 1875… Responsibility for the publication of the United States Code now falls upon the US House of Representative’s Office of the Law Revision Counsel… That Office defines the Code as a “consolidation and codification by subject matter of the general and permanent laws of the United States” and adds that “the Code does not include regulations issued by executive branch agencies, decisions of the Federal courts, treaties, or laws enacted by State or local governments“. 

FACT:  Every department that the U.S. Congress opens, has been given the “right to promulgate Rules and Regulations”.  In other words, we have a fourth unlawful branch of government that is writing its own laws by which we must submit. Do your own research, prove to yourself, that we have been under a sinister evil pretentious governing entity.

THIRD: How is “Operation Paperclip” significant to the evolution of American law?

FOURTH:  When was the Department of Justice formed in the USA?

SEVENTH:  What happened in 2012 with all of the original states to reinstate the SOVEREIGN STATUS for the Federal Republic for the United States of America… and… to unseat the U.S. Government Corporation that covertly made itself the sovereign for the nation?

EIGHTH:  Who does the Department of Justice serve?

ANSWER:  According to what can be learned, the DOJ serves the U.S. Government, Corporation.  That is why no arrests have been made for treason in the DNC, U.S. Congress, U.S. Senate, nor its state Governors. The DOJ is under promulgated Rules and Regulations to protect members of the USG.

FACT:  The USG lost its access to satellite intelligence via the “Seven Dwarf” system, and it is facing a serious shut-down.

NINTH: What do the Elites think about the Trump administration?

ELEVENTH:  How can “good Men” work to remove evil and restore goodness in the USA?

EYEWITNESS…and the answer:  In the 1990s, there was a South Carolina pastor, whose congregation was determined to stop the abortion clinics in their county and to change the laws coming out of their legislature that funded them.  They studied hard about how the Republican Party organized itself.  They chose to work in the GOP because its Platform stated that it was against abortion, and that it would uphold Life.  Every member of the Church became politically active in the County by attending the Republican Party meetings.  When the time came for Precinct Reorganization, the members attended the meetings.  Per Procedure, they SEIZED CONTROL OF EVERY PRECINCT IN THAT COUNTY. They had the power to make decisions and send a legislator to the state capitol with their instructions.  Unfortunately in the 1990s, there was no understanding about the “deep state” and how it worked.  An infiltration of the Church happened, and very quickly there was discord.  The Church erupted in an argument, and members left the church.  The Pastor bravely stood for Truth, Justice, and the American Way… and the members that remained stood with him.  However, it frightened them, because the hidden evil was not understood. 

TWELFTH:  Where is this nation headed after New York City lit up the Freedom Tower spire with the color pink to celebrate the new law for infanticide?

CONCLUSION:  If every Man and Woman, who serve in the Jurisdiction of El Shaddai, would bravely perform their Duty to God and Country by seizing control of every Precinct in every county… and do that in both of the major parties… then, they could effectively restore a collective power for GOOD to this nation, which has been missing in action since at least 1871.  Prayer is only the beginning of action.  Prayer is not complete until men “turn from their wicked ways”.  They must ACT on their choice.  Remember David prayed and threw his stone.  It is time to Spring clean the U.S. House and its egregious “departments”.  Only two years are left in the President’s term of office.  If one wants to end the globalist assault upon the USA, then act now.  Take back the seats of power in every County.  Use this precious time of Heaven’s reprieve… granted by the El Shaddai… and work to end the pagan child sacrificing in our nation … or face judgement and accountability at the end of Trump’s term.
