There wasn’t time to pray today

Seemed like the sky just blew away

Couldn’t have been friends today

Come what may they say,

There’s nothing that they can prove

Aside from another illegal move

It’s the leftist groove

He’s in demand but I never can

He was part of the Biblical plan

Becky never knew what was right

All of her life too much of a fight

No one could save her from her plight

Come see my shadow in the rain

It hovers in the world of pain

Al those things that end up in vain

The message was more than plain,
