They are I'm assuming they are going to be using IR lasers just powerful enough to flash heat a spot on your person that vapor will be given off where they can use an optical spectrometer to measure the absorption and emission lines given off enabling them to see the chemical "fingerprints" of whats on your clothes. Smart shit, wonder how much these cost a piece?

They cannot do this either. This is known as the "Chilling Effect" to instill fear. C'mon folks, these are the same folks that can't keep the camera working at the local DMV, or at the Pentagon, or anywhere else! Can't keep pilots from passing out due to no oxygen in Jet Fighters, lose a nuclear missile? Helloooo?

 

This thing would generate false positives all over the place, and that is just what it is designed to do...so they can play with your girlfriend's tits a little longer. Also, more litigation to completely tie up the courts.

The TSA is people you cannot trust during these hard times. And I my what I ate is none of their business. Do they periodically go through the scanners just to see what steak dinner they ate? Or did they have a few beers. The hell no! They are doing this trying to get into our business and we hope that we get rid of scanners completely.

And these A$$wads cannot find a cure for cancer...   As for the county sheriff having authority to dismiss the TSA "agents", I believe you are correct in your interpretation of the law rtaylortitle. BUT, ( and that's a BIG BUTT ) THERE ARE ONLY ONE OR TWO COUNTY SHERIFFS IN THE ENTIRE NATION WHO WOULD EVEN DARE TO TAKE THIS ACTION.
