you buy this complete lower and all you need is the upper receiver.
You can buy an AK-47 / 7.62x39 / 5.45x39 upper or even a .50BMG upper and put it on that lower receiver.
The upper normally costs an average of $600 dollars. I've seen em for $400 today at the lowest.

its not hard to do really but if you dont want to it your self they charge $15 extra for complete lower receivers.
