When I was still with my ex, who worked in surgery, we watched the Faces of Death and Traces of Death VHS tapes. One had a sex change surgery in some Asian country. They had a stiff catheter inserted into the penis, and they just went around it with a scalpel and slid it off into a container. I exclaimed that they didn't even save the nerve, so these people end up with no sexual sensation at all?! She said yeah. Makes no sense to me. What's the point?
