…..are slowly beginning to awaken as to what is happening in this country. More and more are stating their opinions and making their voices heard. But, although their voices are being heard, for the most part, the politicians are not REALLY listening.

For decades, Congress has abused the Constitution with impunity. We get upset when we see it has a DIRECT EFFECT on us personally, but by that time, it’s already too late to do anything about it in a timely fashion. Yes, we can call or write our Senators or Representatives, but we are rather politely dismissed with a form or canned response. They themselves have nothing to fear from us outside the ballot box. THIS MUST CHANGE !

We must make sure our Senators and Representatives are made aware, in no uncertain terms, that we are watching them closely. Whenever they introduce or cosponsor a bill that is Unconstitutional, then they have violated their “Oath of Office” which carries severe penalties under the Constitution. They (our Congress Critters) may PERSONALLY face much more than just the voter on election day. They must be made aware that no amount of campaigning may save them from justice because of their corruption.

Likewise, the Supreme Court Justices remain during good behavior. Just one example of bad behavior is Sotomayor lying to Congress during her confirmation hearings. A fact that is well known, and documented for those who care to take a quick look. The Supreme Court also needs to be put on notice.
