Weather And Tectonic Weapons In Use

I am sure that astute observors have seen several .....shall we say interesting events in the last few days most likely tied directly to useage of Weather and Tectonic weapons.
1. The 5.9 Quake near suez canal either at the suspected time of transit by the Iranian warships bound for Syria or as a direct Warning to Iran of what could happen while those ships are in the locks. OIL AND HENCE GASOLINE PRICES ARE SURGING.
2. The near miraculous dump of a foot or so of snow directly upon Wisconsin and its alleged Obama connection via Organizing For America political entity to the huge Madison protests at the Capitol Building.
Deep background information says that Governor was warned that if he called up his National Guard to protect Capitol, that they would be Federalized by Joker Tut and put under NORTHCOM control. Hence perhaps 7,000 to 8,000 sleeping inside the Capitol for last few days and no Wisconsin State Guard on streets.
