They go about their lives with no concerns

Paid mobs leave the cities to burn

The lessons of history never learned,

Just try slashing through their lies

Reality is nothing more than a disguise

Not the criminals but the heroes they despise

That we are deeply compromised is no surprise,

Like the parting of the Red Sea

The deep division in society

Megalomaniacs use politics of identity,

Hanging on when it’s long overdue

That moment of truth between she and you

You’ll discover the lies you never knew

No wonder successful marriages are so few,

There was a time things were different than today

Potential disaster is just a shot away

Where jet fighters and fleet operations play

Hyper missiles can  be deployed without delay,

I needed a kiss just to get through the night
