As pointed out by many internet bloggers, whoever wrote the Texas lawsuit is well-versed in constitutional law. It basically forces SCOTUS to side with Texas or they’re effectively declaring that the Constitution is a meaningless piece of paper in a museum.

If that is how they rule, patriots, it will be time to get our guns. Open season on traitors. The Constitution will need to be resuscitated using the blood of our enemies.
